Job Description Job Description The Therapist position is focused on providing holistic and evidence-based mental health and substance use disorder psychotherapy services for clients in their respective NAT-SU treatment program. The therapist is the primary decision-maker for their clients’ treatment and so they must work closely with other agency staff to monitor progress and make any adjustments needed to ensure the best possible treatment outcomes.
