Order Fulfillment Director directs and oversees the order fulfillment process. Responsible for staff whose duties include order entry, administration, and shipping. Being an Order Fulfillment Director establishes processes for order tracking, maintains updated customer contact information, and monitors contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
