Talent Acquisition Specialist II strategically and proactively sources passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs. Understands external labor market conditions. Being a Talent Acquisition Specialist II leverages effective, economical, and appropriate sources/channels and methods. Builds and maintains relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies and associations. Additionally, Talent Acquisition Specialist II reviews resumes and contacts candidates to ascertain fit and interest and refers to hiring managers as appropriate. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. May participate in onboarding and facilitate new employee orientation. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Talent Acquisition Specialist II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Talent Acquisition Specialist II typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
