What You Will Get To Do:

• Accounts Payable
• Process invoices according to policy and procedure for assigned portfolios. Additional properties may be added due to PTO requests, staffing and business growth
• Accounts Receivables
• Posting payments and/or vendor refunds received at the CRM Corporate office according to policy and procedure
• Processing Mortgage payments online
• Processing Excess Income online
• Complete monthly closings for each property according to policy and procedure
• Other duties as needed may be required or assigned

Requirements:

• Must have Real Page Experience (1 years)
• At least 2 years of accounts payable and receivable experience
• Must possess analytical skills, ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to interact effectively with people within the organization as well as with clients
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Experience with Real Page OneSite Accounting, TOPS software and/or QuickBooks would be helpful.
