- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care, incidents, and progress towards goals.
4. **Family and Community Engagement:**
- Establish and maintain open communication channels with residents' families or guardians, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Cultivate positive relationships with the local community and participate in outreach efforts to promote awareness and support for the facility's mission.
5. **Facility Maintenance:**
- Oversee the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the facility, including common areas, living quarters, and outdoor spaces.
