Account Manager develops relationships with smaller to mid-sized clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Manager drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Manager maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. May support higher-level account managers working with larger accounts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Manager work is closely managed.     The Opportunity:

    As an Account Manager, you will be focused on managing and developing an assigned portfolio of accounts to achieve defined revenue and client retention targets.This critical and high visibility role will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within their client base while working with Medicus' Sales, Recruiting, and Business Support teams to manage and ensure timely delivery of services.

    This position is located on-site at our office in Windham, New Hampshire. After 6 months of employment, there is an opportunity to work from home 1-2x a week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic plans designed to grow (increase market share within) assignedaccounts;leveraging internal resources as needed and appropriate
    • Continuously consult with clients to understand current and anticipate challenges and identify opportunity for new or accretive business
    • Communicate and coordinate with internal physician recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met
    • Proactively identify risks within projects and identify solutions to resolve theissues;escalating to internal leadership as appropriate.
    • Act as liaison between internal business partners such as contracts, licensing, credentialing, travel, and finance to ensure timely execution of project staffing needs
    • Conduct regularly scheduled calls with client accounts and provide status or performance updates as requested
    • Ensure client retention through delivery of a superior customer experience and accountability to defined service level agreements
    • Develop and maintain in depth knowledge and understanding of our business and service offerings, as well as our competitors and industry
    • Produce accurate and timely forecasts respective to key performance indicators
    • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency; propose new tools and processes
    • Attend and participate in national and regional sales meetings, conferences, and events

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Experience selling into and/or managing large account portfolios.
    • Comfortable negotiating complex, enterprise level deals.
    • Articulate communicator, in person and over the phone, with a demonstrated ability to establish and strengthen interpersonal relationships.
    • Highly organized with the ability manage multiple priorities and deliverables effectively
    • Solution-oriented with ability to identify and mitigate risk factors; out-of-the-box thinker
    • Self-motivated and able to deliver results in an ever-changing, fast paced environment.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 2 years of sales and/or account management experience
    • Ability to travel; approximately 10%
