ACCOUNT MANAGER
The account manager is a very important member of the WFFS team. They serve as the main point of contact and perform monthly bookkeeping services for assigned clients. These services provide the foundation of accurate information for the client to make financial decisions, file tax returns, compile financial reports, and borrow capital.

Duties:
· High level of data entry and record keeping in QuickBooks
· Keying and reconciling monthly bank accounts
· Processing payroll and tax reporting for state, federal, unemployment, etc.
· Reconciling loans quarterly to ensure accuracy and completeness
· Preparing high volume of W-2’s and 1099’s
· Assisting in tax preparation
· Reviewing and preparing correspondence to clients, loan officers, taxing authorities
· Answering phone calls and taking messages with professional phone etiquette
· Utilizing document management systems to organize and maintain electronic files
· Performing other clerical tasks, including scanning and faxing documents
Qualifications:
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
· A self-starter with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work closely with others in a deadline-driven team environment
· Ability to adapt to a changing workload on a day-to-day basis
· Working knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (or the ability and desire to learn quickly)
· Familiarity with document management systems and file organization in a paperless environment
· Attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and editing
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Preferred Experience:
· Bookkeeping: 1-3 Years
· Knowledge of farming
