Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance, and advising on financial matters.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare accurate financial reports
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial information

Experience:
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Tech savvy and willing to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
