Payroll and Accounts Payable Clerk Job description

• Must maintain absolute confidentiality of employee personal data and pay information
• Must be willing and able to prioritize payroll weeks (every other week) with regard to PTO scheduling
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Payroll or other accounting experience preferred.

• Work Location: In person (Bozeman, MT) but will be required to travel with some overnights possible.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
