Description
The Marketing and Advertising Associate will be responsible for a portion of Advertising and Marketing aspects. This would include clerical work, development of campaigns, and social media engagement. This position requires attention to details, gather and analyze marketing data, creativity, and the ability to adapt to change.
Essential functions:
1. TNA Advertising – Print & Web: all aspects of; scheduling, creation, approval for in-house and outside advertisers, proofing ads, pricing, Media Kits, Corporate membership
2. Create and schedule weekly Campaign ads (for TNA/JBS sites, social media, & company email lists)
3. Coordinate mechanics of JBS campaign projects & manage as needed.
4. Manage ShopJBS: inventory, ordering, product selection, product promotion, product updates, web & TNA ads, yearly print catalog, yearly JBS calendar.
5. Propose, develop & implement programs/methods to increase ShopJBS sales.
6. Design, post, and engage with Social Media efforts involving moving product on ShopJBS.
7. Assist with set up & coding for all products, Campaign set up, Source codes, & Routes & compile results to measure effectiveness of efforts.
8. Assist with Managing/maintaining ShopJBS & TNA web stores: product set up, appearance, promotion & sales.
