Job Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the shipment and receipt of all products, material and supplies. Candidate will also be responsible for transporting goods and materials between warehouse facilities and customer locations.
Duties:
- Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Show consistent attention to detail and accuracy according to order specifications.
- Cut down material to order size and prepare for shipment.
- Safely operate commercial vehicles including trucks/vans and possibly trailers.
- Load and unload goods and materials from the vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Drive in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
- Perform courier and delivery driver duties as needed.
- Conduct heavy lifting as necessary.
-Stand for the duration of the shift. Consistently lift and move items of varying size and weight (up to 50 lbs) following proper techniques.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
