Your Role With Us:

As an expert in implementation, support and customer service for Salem Health’s outpatient application users, you will be accountable for promoting team work and demonstrating the expertise necessary to effectively execute deliverables

Core Functions:

• Lead, plan, develop, and evaluate technical build work

• Work closely with providers and administrative staff to problem solve operational issues.

• Track weekly dashboards, including strategy deployment, related to epic build/issue resolution.

• Delegate and balance responsibility according to the individuals’ skills, knowledge, and abilities

Background/Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science, Education, or Healthcare-related field OR Eight (8) years of related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Three (3) years of relevant experience in healthcare, instructional design or training.

• Epic experience, project management, adult education, and curriculum delivery experience preferred.

· Registration · TED100 upon hire

• EpicCare Inpatient or EpicCare Ambulatory or equivalent Epic Build Certification within 6 months of hire
