Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to Architect CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Architectural education experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the CEO
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed
- Assist in preparing for meetings and take minutes when required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Familiarity with DocuSign and Outlook Calendar
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to handle various phone systems effectively
- Experience in data entry and record keeping
- Prior experience as a personal assistant is a plus

Pay: $41,658.36 - $50,169.21 per year

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to Commute:

• Miami, FL 33166 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Miami, FL 33166: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
