We are in search of a **Coordinator** to be a part of our growth. Our Coordinator will support asset protection equipment orders and tracking for new and existing store locations, as well as coordinate requisitions and P.O’s for guard services, locks and keying, Sensormatic install dates and alarms, amongst other administrative duties. **A Day in the Life** Ensure guard posts, locks and keying, Sensormatic & alarms are aligned, and requisitions submitted through Oracle for PO's. Track and monitor orders and update milestone tracker. Work closely with Project Management/Coordination team with the objective of meeting or exceeding project schedules, budgets and quality standards and organize and maintain all contract and documents and provide status updates. Creates Oracle Purchase Orders as well as accounting accruals and handles month end reconciliation, ensuring PO's are submitted in Oracle to offset incoming invoices. Lucernex Gatekeeper - Responsible for input and ad hoc reporting as needed. Escalate problems as necessary to ensure awareness and assistance with resolution. **You Come With** Ideal candidate would have Bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience with administrative support. MS Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint) experience Oracle, Lucernex or other ability to navigate through a web-based related applications preferred **Come join our team.
