    What You’ll Do:

    • Lead & Motivate the Sales Team: Set the example for excellence, coach your team to success, and drive them to exceed monthly goals.
    • Strategize for Success: Develop and implement sales strategies that keep Armin’s Auto Sales ahead of the competition.
    • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Ensure every customer has a top-notch experience, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
    • Drive Sales Goals: Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and adjust tactics to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with finance, service, and inventory teams to create a seamless customer journey.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Automotive Sales Management Experience? Perfect! A background in automotive sales is highly preferred, but if you’re a proven sales leader in a similar field, we’d love to hear from you.
