Zachry Group is seeking an Executive Assistant that performs broad administrative and Executive Secretarial Support work focused on supporting an individual executive or small number of executives in their day-to-day office activities. Reports to an Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the executive.
• Manages projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
• Editing, proofing, formatting, document design/production, form filling, and data entry
• Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements.
• Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources, managing the time/interaction executives have with internal and external sources.
• This role is required to handle confidential business and personnel information.
• Have greater knowledge of the organization (i.e., financial processes, authorization processes, etc.)
• May do some research and basic authoring/drafting of documents/correspondence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Qualifications: What required skills, qualifications and abilities do you need to bring to the role

• Requires a minimum of 3 years in an executive support role.
• High School Diploma / GED
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong proof-reading skills.
• Strong organizational skills
• Good work ethic and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Power Point, Teams, Word, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on most projects or tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and communicate effectively, both internally and externally
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates Degree Preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee will be required to communicate in person, via telephone, web conference, and email. Must have arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi limb coordination, oral expression, and comprehension. Must possess a vision (corrected or uncorrected) that allows for clear visibility from a distance of 20 inches or less. May be required to lift, carry, and move objects safely.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Will work in a general office environment. Capable of operating and functioning in a fast-paced work environment.
