ATM Manager (Service & Operations) is responsible for managing and maintaining efficient ATM operational processes. Accountable for service quality, network marketing, and scheduling cash balancing and replenishing services. Being an ATM Manager (Service & Operations) responds to and resolves customer issues. Manages projects to increase usage, reduce operating costs, and decrease fraud and risk exposure. The ATM Operations Assistant Manager will provide leadership support to ATM Operations team members, to help increase efficiency, training, problem resolution, and required reporting. Serves as a knowledgeable resource on policy, procedures, compliance, and banking regulations related to ATMs. Conduct ATM representative daily processes as assigned. This position also serves as a backup to the Operations Support and Security Officer as needed.

Requirements:
Minimum: A high school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in banking, accounting, or similar environment. Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require. Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Must have an aptitude for working with mechanical equipment and be detail oriented. Must be proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, and TEAMs). Strong organizational and follow-up skills are required.

Preferred: Previous supervisory experience. Extensive experience in Excel with the ability to create and maintain advanced worksheets. Previous experience preparing management level reports.
