Cheer on guests as players try to get the high score at our basketball shootout. Prepare the troops to battle it out in our Laser Tag arena. Becoming part of our Attractions team at Malibu Jack’s will allow you the opportunity to provide lifelong memories for generations of guests and their families. Full Time positions available.

What You’ll Do:

• Train on multiple attractions and their safety procedures
• Assist guests with payment, entering attraction, and explaining rules, guidelines, and any safety concerns.
• Provide customer service to guests who may have questions or concerns
• Know all emergency procedures for attractions you’re trained on and be ready to follow through in case of an actual emergency

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Ability to focus and speak clearly
• Ability to communicate and listen effectively
• Strong and consistent customer service
• Strong teamwork ethic and attitude
• Attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift 39lbs unaided
