Loyalty Chevrolet and Cadillac in Williamsburg is part of the locally-owned and growing Loyalty Automotive Group of dealerships and collision repair centers headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. We’re looking for an experienced, connected and highly motivated FINANCE MANAGER to guide our F&I team. 

Responsibilities

• Work with customers on financing options 
• Present aftermarket products 
• Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve goals, growth and profitability 
• Recruit, coach, and drive performance of F&I team
• Foster lender relationships 
• Handle customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally 
• Present sales reports and forecasts to management team 
• Manage sales team to optimize performance and employee goals 
• Vehicle appraisals

Required Skills

• Proven F&I track record in the automotive industry 
• Senior level F&I experience 
• Strong lender relationships
• Leadership skills 
• Computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
