Duties

• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain food cost controls to ensure profitability.
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to uphold quality standards and foster a collaborative environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with catering teams for special events, ensuring all culinary needs are met.
• Monitor food production processes to guarantee consistency and quality across all dishes.
• Engage with guests to receive feedback on menu items and enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and presentation styles.
• Experience in restaurant management is preferred, with an understanding of catering operations being a plus.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
