Bookkeeping Manager jobs in Farmington, MI
Bookkeeping Manager manages and oversees all the bookkeeping staff. Responsible for the practices and procedures to ensure timely and accurate records and reports. Being a Bookkeeping Manager provides assistance to other financial function: budgets, payroll, etc. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Bookkeeping Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Bookkeeping Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist / Clerical / Assistant to join our team!
As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their visits.
The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
- Checking Email and Savings Documents
- Copy and Mail Documents
Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist / assistant is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Computer Skills in Outlook, Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Office
