Branch Service Manager oversees daily branch activities. Monitors branch service quality and coaches staff to achieve appropriate levels. Being a Branch Service Manager manages and schedules tellers and customer service staff. Schedules Customer Service Clerks/Reps to ensure adequate coverage. Additionally, Branch Service Manager implements and reviews bank policies and procedures, prepares branch for audits, and keeps branch in compliance with all bank policies and procedures. Handles more complex customer complaints and questions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to the Branch Manager. The Branch Service Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Job Summary:
The Branch Manager directly supervises the branch staff as well as the office operations to ensure that Bank policies and procedures, as well as all Federal and State regulatory requirements, are adhered to. The Branch Manager provides guidance and training and acts as the liaison between the office staff and the SVP – Retail Banking.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Branch Manager supervises all branch staff, including but not limited to Head Teller, Tellers, Assistant Branch Manager, Relationship Bankers, and Universal Bankers. Supervisory responsibilities include making hiring recommendations; instructing and training in work methods; planning, scheduling, and assigning work; checking and approving work; conducting performance evaluations; recommending salary adjustments; making effective recommendations regarding promotions; determining disciplinary actions regarding unsatisfactory employees.

Benefits:
The base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 per year. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
