Bricklaying Supervisor jobs in Milford, DE
Bricklaying Supervisor supervises and directs a crew and other personnel engaged in masonry installation projects. Coordinates the activities of workers engaged in laying brick, tile, cinderblock, and other materials to construct or repair structures. Being a Bricklaying Supervisor checks the quality of work performed and directs clean up of job site. Requires a thorough knowledge of all types, shapes, and brands of bricks, mortars, and patching materials, and how to reline the ladles, tundishes and the furnace. Additionally, Bricklaying Supervisor requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a melt shop general supervisor or maintenance general supervisor. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of the team processes. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

Earn $17.96 / hour.
Position Details
Provide day to day functional guidance to the residential counselors at the site; ensure that there is adequate staffing, support / supervision at the home at all times, within budget guidelines.
Communicate with nursing support to ensure safety and emergency procedures including medication protocols and health supports.
Perform chart audits as required.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :
- High School Diploma required.
- One year of Mental Health Experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Demonstrates good judgment in assessing and managing situations, appropriately utilizing available support, and seeking additional support when necessary.
