Overview

This position is responsible for collaborating with IT, finance and operations.  This position will be a key member of the ERP implementation team and will assist with managing requirements, selection, and budget. This position will use data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.  

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project from selection to implementation.
• Monitor progress to ensure the accurate transfer of data into the new ERP system and that deadlines are met throughout the implementation plan.
• Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
• Assist in maintenance of reporting tools and troubleshooting reporting issues identified by the business.
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders to produce useful reports.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience with an ERP implementation.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
