The Olympic Regional Authority (Olympic Authority) manages and operates a variety of venues located in the Adirondack and Catskill Mountains in New York consisting of: three alpine skiing venues – Whiteface Mountain in Wilmington, Gore Mountain in North Creek, and Belleayre Mountain in Highmount; the Olympic Sports Complex at Mt Van Hoevenberg in the Town of North Elba, a Nordic cross country skiing and biathlon venue; the Olympic Jumping Complex in the Town of North Elba; and the Olympic Oval and Olympic Center in the Village of Lake Placid including three indoor ice skating rinks, the Olympic Museum, and the Lake Placid Conference Center.
Position Overview
The Business and Guest Operations Manager at the Olympic Center in Lake Placid is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations of the center. This position ensures the efficient running of all business functions, including budgeting and financial reporting. The Business and Guest Operations Manager reports to the Olympic Legacy Sites Business and Guest Operations Manager and Olympic Center General Manager and works closely with department heads, ensuring alignment with the center's strategic goals and objectives.

Salary Range and Benefits:
This position has a minimum salary of $64,510 and a maximum salary of $92,894 per year. The hiring range for this specific position is $68,000 - $72,000 per year. Final offer will be within the hiring range and will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
