Business Development Supervisor identifies, evaluates, and pursues business opportunities with partners or potential customers. Coordinates and negotiates with other departments to implement marketing initiatives. Being a Business Development Supervisor is responsible for maintaining close relationship with existing clients. Acquires new customers, retains and expands existing customer relationships. Additionally, Business Development Supervisor develops sales of products and services by investigating and resolving customer problems, recommends modifications to the product/service line, and coordinates sales negotiations with appropriate personnel. Responsible for meeting sales volume and revenue goals and standards for activity, such as number of sales calls. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance or marketing. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Business Development Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Business Development Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Our dynamic team seeks a Business/Office Manager responsible for administrative and record-keeping roles. This individual will work closely with the Executive Director, Finance Manager, and other staff in management of grant, financial and personnel records, including records-management for grants and project management. We are seeking a candidate that is professional, responsible, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable. A successful candidate will be able to juggle many tasks while staying focused on the organization’s larger mission and goals of serving the greater Randolph community. Position will be primarily based in RACDC’s downtown Randolph office, with some schedule flexibility and hybrid work possible.
