We are a 50-seat call center located off of Rt 43 in North Baltimore. Been at this location coming up on 15 years. We are searching for full-time self-motivated, high performing individuals with a desire to advocate for others, challenge themselves, and become leaders in sales. How do you do that?

You will receive calls from diverse customers that have expressed interest in our product and service – a medical alert system that goes wherever you do. A service that helps save over 5.000 individuals every month.
Sales representatives are the heartbeat of our culture – enthusiastic representatives of our company and advocates for our clients. Our upbeat work culture promotes development and individual training, games, incentives, and opportunities for advancement to help develop and solidify necessary sales skills. Sales representatives will effectively educate others about the importance of our product while bringing integrity and customer satisfaction to every interaction. Building rapport and establishing relationships with our customers is achieved by genuinely listening, identifying needs, communicating with clarity, and providing solutions to their questions and concerns.

We work Monday - Friday. 10:00 - 6:00. Same schedule for all new hires. Some part time after 60 days. We have extra hours and overtime available to those who seek it after certain sales goals are met. No nights, No Weekends, No Holidays except when you decide you want extra hours. We offer weekly pay, with some daily cash bonuses. ADP payroll.

Work from home is an option after a lengthy training period no earlier than 8 weeks on the job. Casual atmosphere, but sales oriented. Free coffee, bottled water, fruit, snacks. Background friendly. Kid friendly interviews. Rehires encouraged to apply.
