Full-Time Classified The ICAP Career Advisor position is Open Until Filled so that we can find the ideal candidate for our amazing team.
This is a grant-funded position with a 2.5-year grant and the position is dependent upon continued funding.

As a Full-Time Classified ICAP Career Advisor , you will provide 1-on-1 academic advising and career coaching and work closely with community and campus partners including Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation, Accessibility Services, college academic and student affairs programs, and the wider statewide ICAP consortia to ensure successful participant outcomes.
You will provide a link between clients working with Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation and college training programs in close partnership with UCC’s Accessibility Services department.
The ICAP Career Advisor will comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as amended and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and refer to Accessibility Services to determine appropriate accommodations.
