    Our client is seeking a sharp, hands-on, strategic, and innovative Chief Operating Officer to drive the company’s overall strategy and growth by establishing quarterly or annual company objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 12 years of leadership experience across all aspects of the operational functions of a business in a high-volume organization.

    [Job Description]
    - Develop and implement inclusive policies and procedures by collaborating with other executives and CEO.
    - Being a strategic, organizational, and administrative leadership to oversee day-to-day operations of a business.
    - Ensure Human Resources team to foster highly inclusive culture with effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
    - Identify key capital projects, process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, and other strategic partnership opportunities.
    - Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary.
    - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure the company is meeting its long-term success.
    - Build and maintain relationships with other stakeholders, special committees, and consultants to ensure everything runs smoothly, addressing any issues that arise.
    - Communicate the company’s vision and goals to internal and external stakeholders.

    [Qualifications]
    - A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, and advanced degrees such as an MBA or a master’s degree in a related field preferred.
    - 10 years of strategic leadership experience in a similar environment, management consulting, or general management.
    - Experience in fashion, beauty, and/or cosmetics preferred.
    - Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate employees at all levels of the organization and drive results.
    - Strategically able to develop short- and long-term plans to achieve the company’s goals.
    - Understanding of financial principles and metrics to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed business decisions.
    - Strong problem-solving skills to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement changes to improve operations.
    - Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, executives, and other stakeholders for conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
    - Able to adapt to fast paced and ever-changing business environments and market conditions.
    - Possesses high ethical standards and be committed to upholding the values and integrity of the company.
