Reporting to the Director of Client Services and working cohesively with the Executive Manager, the Account Manager will support and develop lasting relationships with self-funded medical, dental, and ancillary benefit client groups. The Account Manager will serve as a main point of contact for day-to-day activities, striving to understand our clients’ needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
