Full Job Description

Busy medical practice, looking for the best Medical Office Manager Assistant. We need a Strong Medical office Manager Assistant who has the background and knowledge to take over this position with little training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide additional supervisory assistance to other departments (clinical/ ancillary) .
• Must have proven supervisory background in a Medical Office.
• Assist office and clinical staff with daily tasks.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Office.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, organize schedule and attention to details.

This is not the entire list of duties and responsibilities. We may amend responsibilities as necessary to meet practice needs.

Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended period of time. Able to walk, stand, climb, carry, stoop, kneel, bend and reach on a daily basis. Able to perform all general office activities, such as copying, filing, and using the telephone. Ability to see information in print and/or electronic form. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
