Daily details to include the following:

• Opening up the clinic for the day, ensuring all lights on, heating or cooling set correctly, reception area neat. This also includes all phones off answering service, messages noted and appropriate action taken, computer startup procedures for the day, etc.
• Greet each patient with a smile.
• Responsible for the total office patient flow.
• Answer phone with proper dialogue, make patient appointments, handle patient reschedules using proper patient excuse eliminators and take messages for doctor.
• Appointment book control: call all patients within 15 minutes of missed appointment to reschedule the appointment as soon as possible, preferably within the same half-day or same day.
• Make monthly reminder calls on a daily basis.
• Open and distribute the mail daily.
• Record advance multiply schedule on patient file.
• Prepare patient records for following day.
• Post to 4 major stats from and staff meeting statistical report
• All other duties as assigned/as needed for daily operations.

Other patient care duties: Under the supervision of a doctor, apply therapies consisting of ultrasound, electromuscle stimulation, lumbar manual traction, intermittent cervical traction, and intersegmental traction. Conduct exercise therapy and or rehabilitation as direct by doctor.

Responsible for the smooth flow of patient traffic in the treatment portion of the clinic. This involves moving patients in and out of rooms for adjusting, therapy, examinations, and consultations.

Stock and prepare the necessary items in treatment rooms, including laundering towels and patient gowns, ultrasound lotion, water, facial and headrest paper. Will maintain a neat and orderly appearance in treatment and exam rooms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
