CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER manages the collection and analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER identifies areas for improvement and assists leaders/physicians in developing strategies to improve performance. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a director. The CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. ABA Center - Behavior Technician **Full-Time

  • Duties:
    - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    - Collect data on client progress and behavior
    - Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
    - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
    - Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
    - Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment goals and strategies
    - Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions and progress

    Experience:
    - Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred
    - Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
    - Ability to effectively implement behavior intervention plans and strategies
    - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

    Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour

    Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
