Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects. This is a key leadership role that requires strong project management skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Implement cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and best practices
- Proficiency in project management software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Solid understanding of construction estimating principles
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects on time and within budget

Must have a valid Driver License to travel in the state of Texas.
