Consumer Credit Manager supervises underwriting operations and oversees the loan application review process to determine loan eligibility and terms. Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the underwriting team to ensure that loan screening is conducted timely, accurately, and in compliance with all regulations. Being a Consumer Credit Manager provides loan options or product recommendations based on qualifications and keeps the team updated and informed of new products, regulations, or product changes. Assists customers through the loan process by researching and answering complex or unique customer inquiries, clarifying details, and coordinating with internal parties. Additionally, Consumer Credit Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Consumer Credit Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Consumer Credit Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Brand Manager

  • The incumbent will oversee the overall image of a Nutritional Wellness brand and its product portfolio by executing a brand strategy and guiding a team of NPD, manufacturing, marketing & sales leaders. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for Alliance Consumer Group and the brands portfolio. This role manages a product idea through commercialization and owns the financial responsibility of the brands P&L. A brand manager must be able to communicate with all areas of the company, working closely with peers and cross functional leaders to define go-to-market strategies and help the organization understand product positioning and how it fits as part of channel strategy.

    Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily department functions / operations
    • Driving strategic brand growth via existing and new categories
    • Work with management team to develop brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short-and-long term success
    • Monitor and measure efforts to team / vendors
    • Actively managing brand P&L including the approvals of price and promotion
    • Manage SKU portfolio / item master
    • Life cycle management of product portfolio
    • Leverage understanding of consumer/shopper motivations and behaviors to develop winning marketing plans and help steer portfolio management across brand
    • Heavily involved in the process of launching new creatives from start to finish
    • Develop go-to-market strategy and launch schedule for brand
    • Direct and manage team on visual identity and messaging execution on broad scope items (website, social media posts, digital ads, etc)
    • Partner with Marketing to create and manage signage, literature, promotional materials, landing pages, and other applicable items to support daily sales efforts and initiatives
    • Liaison with sales team leaders on a regular basis to meet customer needs and requirements
    • Manage product line pricing by customer type and promotion
    • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual business narratives as required
    • Manage commercialization workflow through Adobe Workfront

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
    • Bachelor of Science degree in Fine Arts and/or Marketing or equivalent creative development and management experience required and/or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or product development or brand management in Nutritional Wellness, Supplements and/or Beverage.
    • Demonstrated expertise in financial acumen
    • Proven record of driving change, challenging status-quo and delivering business results
    • Detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to handle a high-volume workload
