Contact Center Quality Analyst monitors and evaluates inbound and outbound interaction quality. Tracks issues in the quality monitoring systems or tools and analyzes the results. Being a Contact Center Quality Analyst provides feedback to improve performance and develops training programs. Works with other internal teams to define quality metrics. Additionally, Contact Center Quality Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Quality Analyst gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Responsibilities:

    • Monitor defects, create defect reports, work with the development team to resolve the defects/bugs Assess the overall product quality approach.
    • Develop test plans for each new release that includes test strategy for all new product functionality.
    • Debrief on defects identified outside of our quality processes and develop plans to ensure there are tests in place to capture the defects.
    • Manage testing artifacts, define, and integrate automation into testing processes Hands-on validation of testing tools and processes Drive best practices for defining, setting, and maintaining quality standards for initiatives.
    • Develop, modify, and execute test strategies, plans, and programs Design and develop tools and environment plans to facilitate efficiencies in the testing process.
    • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to align quality objectives with business goals.
    • Participate in project planning and requirements gathering to ensure quality considerations are included from the outset.
    • Assess and mitigate quality-related risks in projects and products, Develop and implement risk-based testing strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 7 to 10 years relevant work experience in a professional software development environment
    • Experience working in Financial or Audit is an asset.
    • A proven track record for project planning, executing, controlling, and closing.
    • Excellent written/oral communication skills with a strong ability and high comfort level for direct-to-client communications
    • Detailed oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with solid problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated skills in facilitation, teamwork, and leadership.
    • Experience with open-source automation framework (TestNG, JMeter, selenium) Proficiency in QA methodologies, software testing principles, concepts, verification/ validation techniques, and test management
    • Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills.
    • Preferred to have Agile (or) SAFe Certification / PMP certification.

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks is essential for efficiently conducting repetitive tests. Knowledge of tools like Selenium, Appium, or JUnit can be valuable.
    • Proficiency in testing Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
    • Ability to validate data integrity and perform database testing using SQL queries and related tools.
    • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how to integrate testing into the development workflow.
    • Proficiency in generating and managing test data sets to support testing scenarios and in Managing test environments to ensure they mirror production conditions accurately.
    • Ability to collect and analyze testing metrics to assess quality and provide actionable insights to the team and stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of integrating testing tools with other software development tools, such as issue tracking systems and test management tools
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies to facilitate testing in different environments
