Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Job Summary:
The GSOC is the 24x7x365 hub for incident management and response in a fast-paced environment. As a physical security analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring access control video surveillance systems and coordinating the appropriate response according to established procedures. The role of the analyst is heavily focused on physical security including the management of security officers across multiple campuses, but also leverage to cyber, staff, and travel security programs.
Responsibilities:
· Point of contact for intake and assessment of security incidents, escalations, and requests/questions.
· Coordination of work orders for security officers on site.
· Alarm Monitoring and Response.
· Conduct investigations using CCTV and access control platforms.
· Perform routine audits to mitigate bad security hygiene, ensure SOP’s were followed.
· Perform a variety of basic cyber, staff, and travel security processes.
Experience:
· Previous experience in physical security preferred but not required.
· Competency in Microsoft Productivity Tools. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
· Access Control / CCTV preferred but not required.
Requirements:
· Flexible schedule. Ability to work a variety of shifts to ensure continuous coverage of the GSOC.
· Handle the pressure of working with a high volume of information and tasks. Prioritize tasks well.
· Quickly examine problems, identify causes, and implement resolutions.
· Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
· Active listening skills, high attentions to detail.
· Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all types and levels of personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner.
