Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Being a Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner. Collaborates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Additionally, Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst utilizes call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. Makes recommendations on how to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Legal Contact Center Representative (LCCR) speaks with prospective clients via telephone, asks a series of questions for the purpose of compiling data, and then uses this data to determine the best course of action for that client. The LCCR is a hybrid position and requires an individual that is highly organized and professional.

    Responsibilities:

    ● Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.

    ● Responding promptly to client inquiries.

    ● Communicating with clients through various channels.

    ● Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

    ● Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

    ● Setting appointments using Calendly.

    ● Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

    ● Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

    Requirements:

    ● Human Resources or related certification (preferred but not required).

    ● 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or Paralegal (preferred but not required).

    ● Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

    ● Proficient using computers.

    ● Experience working with customer support.

    ● Typing Skills - 35 wpm

    ● Physical Demands Constant sedentary work. You will typically be sitting for most of the time.
