ABOUT THE JOB

Are you a skilled recruiter with a knack for finding top talent in the architecture, interior design, and operational excellence fields? Our leading architecture and design firm is seeking a full-time, temporary Contract Recruiter to join our HR team through the end of 2024. This role is pivotal in helping us build our team with exceptional professionals who will contribute to our innovative projects.

This position is affiliated with our corporate offices in Portland, OR and may require occasional on-site presence depending on interview and candidate coordination.

What will you do in this role?

You will…

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates for architecture, interior design and operational roles.

• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.

• Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.

• Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.

• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.

What you bring to be successful:

• Proven experience as a contract recruiter, with a focus on architecture, interior design, or engineering sectors.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

• Proficiency in using recruitment software and job boards.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
