Overview
Come Join our growing Campus Dining Program. As Production Manager you will oversee food production at our main Dining Hall, serving over 200,000 meals a year. This position oversees the Dining Hall culinary team, helps to create menus and recipes, orders and inventories food, maintains standards in line with Client requirements within a set financial framework. This position will be a primarily Tuesday-Saturday position, primarily within a commercial kitchen setting.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Physical Demands/Work Environment
The Production Manager position involves physical work in a commercial kitchen environment and some work in an office environment operating standard office equipment and technology.
Responsibilities include moving inventory, product, carts, tables, etc. as well as using kitchen utensils and commercial kitchen equipment. Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs. Environment may include hot, humid, or cold temperatures. May require extended working hours at times.

Must possess a positive, can-do attitude, be detail-oriented, and possess a well-rounded knowledge of the food service industry. Must maintain professionalism at all times, and work with others in a cooperative manner, even while working under pressure. Willing to engage actively in the physical work of a high-quality hospitality service operation.
