    The incumbent will utilize corporate and regulatory policy and procedures, insuring that a high standard of quality and accuracy is maintained at all times. It is also the responsibility of the incumbent to insure quality service and to report risk and exposure to management immediately.

    Primary Duties will be those of the Operations Department E-Services Team

    • Online Banking /Mobile BankingSetup and Maintain Electronic Banking Services.
    • Federal Reserve System - Fedline AdvantageProcess Wires / Verify Wires

    Business Wire Service – Perform Security and Notification duties.

    • Balance the BanksEFT Transactions (Electronic)

    Non-Posted Transactions
    Teller Over / Short Transactions

    • Fiserv EFT - Debit Card ServicesFraud Detection System: Perform Fraud Decision and take the necessary action based on the decision.

    Debit Card Transactions – Assist Customers and Employees
    Debit Card Maintenance

    • Fiserv Premier - Account and Customer Record Maintenance
    • Assist Branch EmployeesAccount and Customer Questions

    Bank Systems
    Operational Procedure Questions

    • Scan and Index Documents to Web Director
    • Primary on Phone and Contact Us Email Messages
    • Process Teller Cash Orders and Shipments
    • Item Processing Duty Rotation:Repair, balance, and correct branch capture transactions.

    Assist with statement printing and mailing.

    • Reports to work on a daily basis according to schedule set by Manager

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Although this position carries no supervisory responsibilities, this individual serves in the capacity of a leader among his/her peers in the manner in which he/she performs his/her job duties.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

    REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid Driver’s License; High School Diploma or equivalent
