We are seeking a Credit Support Specialist to provide operational and credit support for the entire lending function. Duties include: Providing support and back-up coverage to the Customer Service Representative as necessary, including handling customer payments and transactions. Assisting in gathering, verifying, and entering financial information in lending software. Assisting Loan Officers with loan analysis and loan narratives in accordance with Association credit policies and procedures. Working closely with the Credit Manager in developing and enhancing credit analysis, lending functions, and marketing opportunities for the Association. Presenting a positive image for the Association. Performing other duties and assume other responsibilities as assigned. Appropriately protecting the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the Association, employees, customers, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; be detail oriented and have strong problem-solving abilities; have the ability to work independently and as part of a team; be motivated, self-driven and customer focused. Associate's degree with business-related courses and two years- experience in banking or a diversified secretarial position is preferred. Grade and salary commensurate with experience with a base salary range of $16.83 - $21.63 per hour plus team bonus. We are willing to consider regular part-time hours for this position, with benefits to be pro-rated. Comprehensive full-time benefit package includes 401(k) with 3% employer contribution and 6% employer match, 12 vacation days, 15 paid sick days, 10 paid holidays, medical, dental, life, and vision.
