Job Title: Senior Program Manager / Director – End User Computing (EUC)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager / Director specializing in End User Computing (EUC) to lead the development and implementation of a robust EUC risk management program. This senior-level role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to drive the enhancement of processes and procedures aligned with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
Key Duties:
Process and Procedure Development: Support the development of processes and procedures that enable a comprehensive EUC risk management program. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Process Improvement: Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Develop action plans and work with stakeholders and vendor partners to implement enhancements that strengthen the EUC risk management framework.
Vendor Collaboration: Engage with vendor partners to design and operationalize enhanced processes and support procedures/systems that align with the EUC risk management target state. Manage vendor relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Industry Awareness: Remain informed of industry changes, trends, and best practices related to EUC risk management. Assess the applicability of these best practices and incorporate them into the organization’s processes and procedures.
Management Reporting: Coordinate associated supporting activities, including leading periodic forums and developing management reporting. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of EUC risk management metrics and trends.
Guiding Principles Development: Work with stakeholders to develop guiding principles that drive prudent EUC risk management. Document the target state and underlying technology, data, and process requirements to support the implementation of these principles.
Documentation and Communication: Prepare forum/workshop materials and documentation to support the communication of EUC risk management strategies, processes, and requirements to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in EUC risk management or related roles, with a focus on developing and implementing processes and procedures.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to EUC risk management, such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, etc.
Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and driving organizational change in complex environments.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in vendor management and collaboration, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
Ability to think strategically and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
Certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP, or relevant vendor certifications are a plus.
