CRM Program Director manages the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) enterprise initiative. Reviews CRM project proposals to determine costs, timeline, funding, staffing requirements and goals. Being a CRM Program Director requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to top management. The CRM Program Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a CRM Program Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Duties
Under the direction of the Senior Pastor of Horace Lutheran Church, the After School Program Director will be responsible for maintaining the coordination, implementation, and administration of the After School Program.The specific duties of the Program Director include carrying forth prudent fiscal management, participation in staff development, and program development.
S/he will provide a safe, nurturing, and well-supervised after school program; be the liason with parents, and display the church and program positively.
This position is responsible for planning and development of the creative learning environment, establishment of interest centers, and preparation of needed materials and supplies.
The Program Director’s ability to establish authority through leadership, communication, and most importantly patience, will be required in giving our students the stability and nurturing atmosphere they need to succeed.
Qualifications
Early Childhood Degree, Childhood Development Associate (CDA), or pursuing a CDA.
Previous experience working with students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and the ability to adapt to meet the needs of individual students.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
