Client Required Skills & Experiences:

• This is a L2 Support Role.
• This role is based on Marketing, Sales and Customer Service, So candidate need to have experience on all three at least 2 years.
• Must have Java, Jquery and Microsoft Dynamics (marketing, sales and customer service modules)
• Need to have extensive experience on MS Dynamics/CRM Applications, Power Automate, Works Flows, Solutions, Java Script, jQuery, Function Apps, Logic Apps.
• Need to have experience on Trouble shooting in on call Support.
• Need Microsoft Azure Applications Experience.
• This is a Production Support role, As they do not need to Design or develop anything for now, If the candidate has Developing experience, that should be only about 2 years.
• They need to be ready for after working hour On call support, This will be on Weekly Basis.
• This is a Remote Role position, But need the candidates only from EST.
• They need a 5-7 Years of total experience candidates.

Overview

The CRM Engineer, will develop, implement, and maintain a wide variety of CRM deployments across multiple environments. The CRM Engineer will collaborate with architecture, UX and other development teams, as well as the business community.

Skills Qualifications

• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work well under pressure

• Must be self-motivated, and able to work independently, as well as interact well with others and communicate professionally with people at all levels.
• Must demonstrate up-to-date expertise in D365 CRM (Power platform, power automate, Apps), C#, .NET development, Portal Development, Power BI, Azure and the ability to apply that expertise to development activities

• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience with CRM solutions, D365 / CRM and/or Power Platform experience preferred

• Experience with Integration within the M365 ecosystem and Microsoft Data verse / Common Data Service

• Good exposure to Common data services like Data verse and integration to CRM solutions like Dynamics 365.
• Experience building PowerApps and Flow structure driven Apps

• Experience working in an Agile delivery team

Education

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
• 3 years hands on CRM experience
• 2 Year of Building PowerApps and Flow structure driven Apps
• 5 years IT experience
• Strong problem-solving skills -- must be able to think critically and independently
