Designs and develops training programs, curriculum, methods, and materials for various audiences, including employees, managers, customers, or other learners. Being a Curriculum Developer II develops curricula supporting defined competency models or skill frameworks. Consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content and training curriculum. In addition, Curriculum Developer II writes and edits outlines, syllabus, lecture notes, and materials for in-person or online courses and self-study programs. Evaluates the software or collaboration tools to be selected for training. Establishes metrics to use to evaluate training effectiveness. May collaborate with vendors that provide training materials or conduct training. May coach trainers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Demonstrated experience in building data pipelines in data analytics implementations such as Data Lake and Data Warehouse
Ability to partner closely with the clients to deliver state-of-the-art outcomes by engineering solutions
Clarity in articulation and communication with a diverse set of internal and external customers with varying degrees of technical proficiency to deliver critical business and process related information to mitigate any risks or failures
At least 1 instance of end-to-end implementation of data processing pipeline
2 years of Hands-on experience working in
Expert knowledge and hands on experience in:
Informatica (Informatica Cloud Data Integration/ Cloud Application Integration/ API Microgateway/ Cloud Administration
Azure Synapse DWH
Advanced SQL (SQL, Stored procedure, Scripting)
Python
Good knowledge of PowerBI and API integration with exposure to performance tuning
Ability to review technical deliverables, mentor and drive technical teams to deliver quality technical deliverables
