Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Business strongly preferred

• 1-3 years of related experience

• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word Outlook) and use of accounting software

• Excellent time efficiency

• Ability to multi-task

• Strong organizational skills and attention to details

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Exhibit good judgement and a positive attitude

• Pleasant and professional phone demeanor

• Ability to work individually and as part of a team

• All candidates must pass a background test prior to employment – Able to secure a PERC card

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Perform job and service billing to customers

• Handles the research of detailed billing problems and responds and recommends appropriate course of action.

• Responds to customer inquiries regarding their invoices

• Submits PMA billing to customers

• Assists in attaining purchase order numbers for use in billing process

• Submits electronic invoices to customers via their designated electronic billing site(s)

• Secures Certificates of Insurance from the insurance company

• Sends out W9’s to customers

• Completes vendor credentialing for our customer accounts as needed

• Assists in securing credit card payments from customers

• Acts as back up for accounts payable invoice entry

• Acts as back up for accounts receivable deposit entry

• Miscellaneous job duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
