Customer Information Center Manager manages a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Manager monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Manager reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Customer Information Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     We have an exciting opportunity for an RN Case Manager to join our team of talented professionals. As an RN Case Manager in the MI Choice Medicaid Waiver Program, you will be responsible for:


    Conducting case management assessments to identify areas of need and service preferences, including determination of frequency and duration of support services required under the care plan;


    Demonstrating strong critical thinking skills when conducting home visits and community outreach as needed to help engage participants, identify needs and barriers, and assure access to services and supports;


    Linking consumers to community services and supports based on the needs and preferences identified in their Individualized Plans of Service;


    Working with family members and other allies to maximize available informal support systems; and


    Documenting all face-to-face service activity and phone contact pertaining to program participants.


    Assisting program participants with general Medicaid paperwork.


    Candidate Qualifications:


    Must be able to help consumers identify their service needs and preferences and helping them build on their individual strengths, resources and supports;


    Must be able to work independently, demonstrating effective organizational, verbal and written communication skills;


    Must have a nonjudgmental approach that reflects cultural competency and sensitivity to the unique needs of diverse experiences of our population;


    Must be accurate, conscientious and flexible with attention to detail;


    Must have a willingness to work in a team environment;


    Must be licensed by the State of Michigan to practice; and


    Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout out-Wayne County.
