Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Configures the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Supervisor monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Grocery Night Stocker Supervisor to join our team. As a Grocery Night Stocker Supervisor, you will be responsible for working with night stockers in the Commissary to ensuring the merchandise is stocked to the shelves in a timely manner each day and night. Your primary duties will be to train, guide, schedule and maintain other night stockers to stock merchandise at 55 cases per hour and perform all standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement. The job site is on a military base Fort Knox, KY. The Performance Work Statement will describe the mission each night.

You will in charge of the night stocking crew to perform stocking functions for the military commissary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming merchandise from Government and verify accuracy of contents
- Move merchandise from storage area to floor and place all merchandise on shelves
- Clean shelves and racks before stocking
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with new merchandise in appropriate location
- Ensure all products are properly stocked
- Monitor inventory levels and notify Government of low stock or damaged items
- Return all stock to storage room at end of stocking which could not be place on shelf
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Skills:
- Experience in receiving
- Ability to load/unload heavy items safely
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate stocking to shelves
- Excellent communication skills to interact with other employees, Government and team members effectively
- Organizational skills to maintain neat shelves and displays
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday

-Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction

-Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, work with pallet jacks to move pallets of product from storage area to sales floor
