Overview:
Disaronno Ingredients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Excellence Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service department and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role that requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth.

Duties:

Provide support to sales manager in respective areas

• Help with sending in orders or sample orders.
• Calling customers (either existing or prospective) for follow ups, introductions, setting up appointments, answering questions, strengthening the relationship.
• Researching/connecting to potential customers where sales managers are traveling to so they can visit them while they are in the area (this task should always be done at least 1 week prior to the sales manager travel).
• Daily calls with each sales manager, discussing their updates, upcoming travel plans, and where they could use more support.
• Weekly recap meetings to discuss highlights of current week as well as plans for the next week.

Keep documents updated with newest information and follow ups.

• Sample Tracking File tracks all samples sent out to customers and what results came from doing so.
• Leads Files (SIGEP/PUNTO ITALY, Pipeline, Pizza Expo) tracks all updates on new leads with the goal of acquiring as many new customers as possible.
• Incoming Ingredients File tracks the quantity and arrival date of all products coming in from Italy so that we can be aware of our stock.

Develop a CRM (customer relationship management) where all customer information is organized into one place and is updated as needed.

• The goal is to acquire as much information as possible about the customer so the relationship between you and the customer feels personalized and unique.
• Attend conventions/expos if needed.
• Provide any needed assistance at conventions/expos.

Requirements:

• Language spoken: English and Italian (Spanish is a plus)
• Knowledge in Word , Excel , PowerPoint
• Familiar with Quickbooks or similar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
